Kraftwerk - Trans-Europe Express

OK, you must have known this was coming.

(Incidentally, the album cover is one of the best ever.)

I do like me some Krautrock, thank you Tyler.

Though, I do wish I wasn't the only one focusing on exposing newer stuff. As great as the old stuff is, it would be nice to have more latest sounds breaking around here...

I might get back to that eventually. I mean, I've done a few -- Bill Callahan, Vetiver, Dan Deacon, Doug Paisley. New albums, if not unknown artists. But I have to say that 95 percent of my listening is on my vinyl collection. I became exhausted with gobbling up .rar and .zip files, then plugging my headphones in and hunching over my laptop for hours at a time. But just for you, and after I close out the train series next week, I'll post something fresh and new.

Rock, rock to the Planet Rock.

Don't stop.

Tyler is the light of my bleak existence, the very air that I draw.
